The giant Ginkgo biloba that graces the Systematics Garden adjacent
to the
Lyman Plant House,
drops its leaves
in a
spectacular fleeting
fall display.
If conditions are optimal, all of the leaves fall in a matter of hours covering the ground with a golden carpet.
