Application to the concentration is currently closed. We will accept another round of applications from members of the classes of 2016 and 2017 in early October.
The concentration will be limited to 15 students per class year. Selection of concentrators will be based on academic performance, intentionality and commitment, and diversity of the cohort.
If you are interested in applying for the concentration, we recommend you take ENV 100 or LSS 100 next academic year.
It is intended that any particular topic of the environmental concentration will come to an end after four years. Both students and advisors must be aware of the year of the final
offering of the capstone course to ensure that the requirements of the concentration can be met, and students will only be accepted into the concentration if they have a clear
plan for completion of the requirements.
In unusual circumstances, a student accepted into the concentration may be unable to complete the capstone course; such instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate course of action.
Deadline: October 17, 2014 by noon
Please note: Please refer to Participation in the Concentration and Requirements to make sure you are eligible for the concentration. If you have any questions, please contact us.
