Audrey Smith - Associate Vice President for Enrollment
Responsible for the Offices of Student Financial Services and Admission including planning, policy, budget and oversight.
David Belanger - Director
Responsible for all daily operations in Student Financial Services. Student counseling, need analysis, general information.
Michael Ireland - Associate Director
Leads the SFS Compliance Unit. Responsible for the audit and compliance functions in all federal and state grants and loans. Student counseling, need analysis.
Cathy Klaes - Associate Director
Oversees Student Accounts Receivables and works with prospective and enrolled students providing financial aid and financing counseling. Leads the School for Social Work aid program.
Shelly Cotnoir - Assistant Director for Loans
Responsible for all processing of Parent Loans, private student loans, student/parent counseling and loan collections.
Polly Gelfman - Assistant Director
Works with prospective students and families, student counseling, liaison to Office of Admission.
Mairin Brady- Assistant Director
Student counseling, need analysis, billing and other student account functions, with a focus on the School for Social Work aid program.
Audrey Letizia- Assistant Director
Student counseling, need analysis, billing and other student account functions with a focus on the Ada Comstock Scholar and Graduate Student aid programs. Responsible for veterans benefits.
Louanne Dodge - Systems Analyst
Systems support, surveys, reporting.
Tina Young - Assistant for Administration and Customer Service
Oversees the operational component of Student Financial Services and customer service.
Valerie Schumacher - Student Employment and Fund Coordinator
Responsible for student employment, state grants, the awarding of the college's endowed funds, and creates and maintains the web page.
Pamela Wright - Loan Coordinator
Processes awarded Direct, Perkins and Institutional Loans. Monitors
loan requirements, disbursements and conducts reconciliation. Handles
inquiries regarding these loan types.
Christine Reynolds - Student Financial Services Advisor
Assists with phone calls and drop-in questions, posts payments to accounts, handles outside aid.
Angel Elahi - Student Financial Services Advisor
Assists with phone calls and drop-in questions, data entry of financial aid documentation, processes outside aid documentation.
Diana Wheeler - Student Financial Services Advisor
Assists with phone calls and drop-in questions, data entry of financial aid documentation, processes outside aid documentation.
Nancy Subocz - Systems Assistant
Performs account receivable functions including running fee assessment, manual posting of charges, processing student refunds, student advances, deposits and deposit releases.

Drop-In Hours available each week, when classes are in session. All directors and coordinators should be available. The Student Employment Coordinator will now be available only during Drop-In Hours.

Letters can be written about specific issues. They are routed to the on-duty director. Normal turn around is one week. E-mail is the preferred method of response.
