| Job Description |
Arranging, describing and basic preservation of archival records and manuscripts, photocopying, research, word processing, filing, shelving and paging boxes. The position also includes part-time reception desk duties: answering and directing incoming telephone calls and greeting researchers; and other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications |
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, legible handwriting, proficiency in word processing (Microsoft Word preferred). Versatility, curiosity, an interest in women's history, the history of Smith College, and in exploring what archival work entails. |

35 hours/week; Monday - Friday |
