The Payroll Office is a separate department from Student Employment
and is located on the second floor of College Hall. They may be contacted at x2213
or by email at payroll@smith.edu. Payroll handles I-9's, M-4s,
W-4's, Web Time Entry, etc. By law, no one can be paid unless they have the federally mandated
working papers in order. Students must be hired into a job on JobX in order to then appear on Banner Web Time Entry.
