A non-U.S. citizen (Canadian citizens excepted) eligible for
aid is offered a grant award in
the first year that will remain at the same level for her sophomore and junior years. In her senior year, any increase in tuition and fees that is not covered by an increased awarded loan amount, will be covered by an increase in the grant, so that her family contribution will remain the same as it was in her junior year. No yearly reapplication for aid is necessary. (Loan
and campus job amounts, which are part of the total aid package, will increase
each year to partially offset increases in billed expenses.)
Cost increases not covered by aid increases are the responsibility of the student and her family.
Please see our Policy for Review and Appeal of Need-based Financial Aid Awards.
U.S. citizens and permanent residents
and Canadian residents must reapply for aid each year.
International students are required to accept the College's Health Insurance Plan unless their insurance company is
in the US. The Health Insurance Decision Form is available online in the summer.
