CANADIAN APPLICANTS

Canadian applicants must reapply for aid each year. Canadians do not need to file a FAFSA, but are required to complete a CSS PROFILE and submit signed copies of parent and student tax returns to the College Board.

Register on-line at http://www.collegeboard.com. After you register on-line, you may then complete the application on-line.  You can also obtain the registration form from secondary school guidance offices in the fall of your senior year of high school.

Other Forms That May Be Required:

Business/Farm Supplement (required if your parents own a business or farm.)

NonCustodial Parent Profile (required if parents are divorced/separated.)

Parent Non-filer Form (required if your parents do not file a tax return.)

Student Non-filer Form (required if you do not file a tax return.)

Trust Information Request (This form is required if you have a Trust. Please also provide copies of the Terms of the Trust and/or the Trust's latest 1041.)
