The fall semester bill is
mailed in July and the spring semester bill is mailed in December. Fall
semester payments are due by August 10 for residents of the U.S., Canada or
Mexico, and September 10 for all others. Spring semester payments are
due by January 10 for residents of the U.S., Canada or Mexico, and February
10 for all others. Students will receive a bill each month reflecting
new charges or credits. Payments are due on the 10th of the next
month.
Late Payments
A late fee at the rate of 1.25% per month is assessed on a
delinquent balance if your payment is not received by the payment due
date. If a student has a delinquent balance, she cannot participate in the
housing lottery, register for courses in future semesters, participate in
independent study abroad or other off-campus programs, nor receive a transcript
or diploma.
Address Changes
If you change your permanent
address, you should promptly notify the Registrar's Office to ensure that you
receive student account statements, transcripts, housing, and other important
information from the College.
Duplicate Bills
If you would like a duplicate
bill sent to a person or address other than your permanent mailing address,
please complete a duplicate billing form and return it to Student Financial Services.
