I'm at the LSE right now, about half way through my course on Anthropology and Development (I ended up getting government loans*) and I love it. It's the most amazing academic environment, with such a sense of history that it's overwhelming. It is rather rigorous, but definitely worth it!

If any Smithie is interested in learning more about the graduate programs at LSE, I'd be happy to act as a reference point for her. I know the Smith club here is active, but doesn't include too many graduate students (if any), and there's a lot of details to straighten out when getting ready for graduate school in London!
