Every year since 1957, Glamour’s Top 10 College Women Competition has saluted the most outstanding young female leaders on America’s campuses. Winners have gone on to achieve remarkable success and collectively, they represent women’s explosion into every field imaginable.

An applicant must be a full-time junior presently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada and be able to display leadership experience, campus and community involvement, unique and inspiring goals, and excellence in her field of study.

The application consists of a completed application form, official transcript, list of activities on and off campus, a 500-700 word essay describing your most meaningful achievements, a photograph, and two letters of recommendation. Slides, CDs, videotapes, etc, of work are permitted to be enclosed with application.

Winners receive a $3,000 cash prize, a trip to New York City, a meeting with top female professionals, and recognition in Glamour magazine.

Applications are due at the end of November.
