Bed Removal Request
Bed removal request forms need to be signed and delivered to Linda LaFlam in facilties management.

Fees will be charged according to the items requested for removal. The charge for bed removals covers the removal of bed and frame from room; storage of these items; and return mattress and frame at end of semester.
Fee for bed removal: $100 *billed to student account.
Routine health and safety inspections will be conducted during the first semester. Any unauthorized bed removal (absence of a bed/multiple mattress/no frame, etc.) will result in a fee for the replacement cost of a mattress ($150) and frame ($150), totaling $300.
An undocumented bed removal in a double room will result in both occupants splitting the replacement cost of $300. When the college closes in May, rooms will be checked and unauthorized bed removals/missing furniture etc. will be fined and billed over the summer.
