I met 80-plus outstanding and over-achieving women who were nothing less than inspiring. These women helped me learn so many new things about myself and my professional outlook on my career. I gained new skills, I took risks, I mentored and was mentored by others, I showed continuous appreciation and I felt more than accomplished.

The experience of this two-week MBA crash course, combined with a strategic life retreat focusing on Mind, Body & Spirit, allowed me to grow internally and externally. My mind and ideas have grown strategically, allowing me to re-think what I am doing today and how that can be applied 10-20 years from now. I learned how to be a stronger negotiator, improve my business decision-making process to create more value, and I participated in a simulation that provided a safe environment for me to take risk and experience "WIN & LOSS" strategies.
