I have the privilege of and responsibility for directing Accenture's global leadership development efforts and I was nominated by my company to take part in the 2-week executive education program. The experience was extremely enlightening and energizing. Although I met some amazing women, learned great leadership and business skills, and enjoyed some laughs along the way, the real power of the experience came into full focus only months after I completed the program.

I found myself reflecting on the content we had tackled, and applying those learnings in my everyday work. I also found that some of the friendships I had built at Smith were invaluable and to this day, many of the women are close friends that I can reach out to for advice and help at moments notice.
