Program Fee

The fee for Smith-Tuck, June 21-25, 2010 is to be announced.
Group discounts are available. Call for information.

Tuition includes program materials, housing, and most meals. Travel is not included.

Cancellation policy:

30+ days prior to the opening of the program - 100% refund. Companies are encouraged to find replacement participants within their organizations.

15-29 days prior to the start of the program - 50% tuition refund.

0-14 days prior to the opening of the program - No tuition refund can be granted.

Accommodations

• Housing
  Participants reside in private rooms at the Hotel Northampton. Reservations are handled in advance for you by the program coordinators. Please do not call the hotel for reservations. www.hotelnorthampton.com
  
  
• Transportation
  Transportation to and from classes is provided. However, because of the proximity of the class room and the hotel, many participants choose to walk.
  
  
• Meals
  Program tuition covers all breakfasts, lunches and most dinners. Most meals are served buffet style and offer a varied and abundant menu. Morning and afternoon breaks feature a variety of snacks and beverages. Northampton boasts over 100 restaurants within one square mile and offers many dining options.
  
  
• The Smith College Environment
  Classes are held on the campus of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. This 125-acre campus in the Connecticut River valley has been rated one of the most beautiful in America. Northampton is known as one of the best small towns in the United States for the arts and features many boutiques, galleries, and shops.

• Dress
  Attire throughout the program will be business casual. Comfortable shoes are a must.
  
  
• Wellness
  We encourage you to take advantage of our Wellness Program during your stay. A medical form is included in your registration. Our instructor will be offering yoga or Pilates classes each morning while the program is in session at the hotel. You may also enjoy the many and varied athletic facilities available on Smith College's beautiful 125-acre campus.

• By Air:
  Bradley International Airport (BDL), serving the Springfield-Hartford area, is located outside Hartford, Connecticut, 38 miles south of Northampton and is the most convenient airport for travel to the Northampton area. www.bradleyairport.com
  
  Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston, Massachusetts is two hours from Northampton by car. www.massport.com
  
  Newark International Airport (EWR) in Newark, New Jersey; a 40-minute shuttle flight is available to Bradley International Airport. www.panynj.gov
  
  
• By Car:
  From the north take I-91 south to Massachusetts exit 20. Merge onto Route 5 & King Street. The Hotel Northampton, 36 King St., is on the right (approximately 1.5 miles).
  
  From the south take I-91 north to Massachusetts exit 18. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp onto Pleasant St. Continue approximately 1.1 miles. Pleasant St. becomes King St. at the lights in the center of town. The Hotel Northampton is on the left at 36 King St.
  
  
• By Train:
  The train station that serves Northampton is located in Springfield, approximately 20 miles from Northampton. Taxi service is available from Springfield to the Hotel Northampton. www.amtrak.com
