This five-day leadership program features seminars and panels with leading business practitioners and faculty, strategic industry networking opportunities, an innovative peer coaching model, and a wellness program focused on work-life integration.
We are confident this program is best in its class. Meaning you won't find a better business leadership program specifically designed for strong, talented women in science, technology, and engineering anywhere else.
FACT: more than 50 Fortune 500 companies have sent their future women leaders through From Specialist to Strategist since 2003.
Next Program Date: June 2 – 7, 2013
Programs take place on the Smith College campus, located in vibrant Northampton, Massachusetts – renowned center for culture and the arts. Tuition includes all program materials, accommodations at the historic Hotel Northampton and most meals.
(NOTE: Companies are encouraged to send teams of high-potential women in order to create leadership-pipeline momentum.)
“The unique part of Smith is how they help turn each of us into a resource for the others through the emphasis on networking and coaching. The bottom line? This program better equips the fabulous talent we already have inside us to excel as leaders as well as scientists.”
