Sara London received her M.F.A. in poetry from the University of Iowa. Her poems have appeared in journals and anthologies including The Hudson Review, The Iowa Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, and the Poetry Daily Anthology. She is the author of two children's books, Firehorse Max and The Good Luck Glasses and writes for The New York Times Book Review and Art New England. Courses she has taught at Smith include 20th-Century American Fiction, Reading and Writing Short Stories, Reading and Writing Short Poems, and Advanced Essay Writing.
