This is not a catering request form - it is only for informational purposes. If you have retained a Smith College caterer, tables and chairs will be requested by the caterer. If using an outside caterer, please indicate table and chair requirements under the SERVICES, SETUP: EQUIPMENT section.

Requests for panel linens should be indicated on this form in the SERVICES, SETUP: EQUIPMENT section below. Please note that the availability of blue panel linens (skirts and cloths) is limited.

If Smith College catering departments are not providing refreshment at your event, miscellaneous linen orders should be arranged with your outside caterer or rental vendors:

SERVICES

You will be contacted if it is determined that your event requires additional services from Classroom Support (Technical Services), the Office of Public Safety, Physical Plant or the City of Northampton to which fees may apply. Some services may not be available for requests submitted less than two weeks before the event.

Service Cancellation Policy: No less than 48 hours is required, otherwise requested service provider costs may apply. (Individual catering contract cancellation policies will apply)
