have retained a Smith College caterer, tables and chairs will
be requested by the caterer. If using an outside caterer, please
indicate table and chair requirements under the SERVICES,

linen orders should be arranged with your outside caterer or
rental vendors:

it is determined that your event requires additional services
from Classroom Support (Technical Services), the Office of Public
Safety, Physical Plant or the City of Northampton to which fees
may apply. Some services may not be available for requests
