Catherine Huntley
Catherine Huntley received a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an Ed.M. from Tufts. She taught first and second grade in public and private schools and for the Army in France. She coordinated a summer student teaching program for Tufts and was a full-time faculty there, teaching methods courses in reading and social studies.
Huntley became an associate professor with tenure in the Department of Psychology and Education at Mount Holyoke College, teaching the method courses and coordinating the student teaching program. She has worked for the Department of Education and Child Study at Smith since 1990, holding a variety of positions, and is currently a supervisor of student teachers.
