Thomas Bernardin is a Five College Post Doctoral Fellow in economics. His appointment is a joint one with the Political Economy Research Institute at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His current research is focused on the financial crisis which occurred in the U.S. in 2007. He teaches courses in macroeconomics, financial economics, and in the history and philosophy of economic thought.
