| Jing Hu
Jing Hu received her first Master’s degree in Comparative Linguistics from Peking University and her second Master’s degree in Chinese Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has also studied Thai, Lao, Tibetan linguistics and Chinese historical phonology. She has many years of experience teaching languages both in China and the USA. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison she taught modern Chinese at the beginning and advanced levels and Classical Chinese. She teaches First Year and Third Year Chinese. Her research interests are in the fields of Classical and Modern Chinese Phonology and Comparative Linguistics of Sino-Tibetan Languages.
