The Athletics Department at Smith College seeks applications for the position of head coach of women's soccer. This is a full-time, academic year appointment with responsibilities to include instruction of athletes, practice organization, supervision of a graduate assistant, recruitment of student-athletes, campus and community outreach, and teaching in the Exercise and Sports Studies Department. Smith College competes in NCAA Division III as a member of the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC).
Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3-5 years relevant coaching experience or an equivalent combination of intercollegiate playing and/or coaching experience. Preference given to candidates with prior successful collegiate head-coaching experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
