64.		(a)		In both semesters official midsemester grades for first-year students and for students on probation shall be handed in at the Office of the Registrar. In the first semester official midsemester grades for Advanced Standing students, in all their courses, shall also be handed in; in the second semester, for applicants for the Junior Year Abroad. Forms on which these reports should be made will be sent to the members of the faculty by the Registrar.
(b)				Instructors of courses at the introductory level shall be prepared at those times to give an estimate of the quality of work any student is doing, unless they have notified the Administrative Board in advance of their inability to do so. Next
