Meet the Deans

Jane Stangl is the dean of the first-year class (2017 & 2017J)

Tom Riddell, Interim Dean, in addition to being the dean of the Ada Comstock Scholars is the dean of the sophomore class (2016 & 2016J) and the junior class with last names starting with A–H (2015 & 2015J).

Margaret Bruzelius, associate dean of the college, is the dean of the the junior class with last names starting with I–Z (2015 & 2015J) and dean of the senior class (2014 & 2014J).


Walk-in hours are canceled for Dean Margaret Bruzelius on Tuesday, April 22th from 11:00-12:00.

Walk-in hours are changed for Dean Margaret Bruzelius on Monday, April 28th from 9:30-11:00 to 9:30-10:00.

Important Registration Deadlines- Spring 2014

Please note ~ students who need their Class Dean's signature on a Free Drop form or an S/U form (deadline for both is April 4th) or a recommendation form can stop by the Class Deans Office with the form and give it to a staff member. It is not necessary to meet with the Dean unless you would like to. Make sure you have all the other required signatures first - the dean is the last to sign.
