the Class Deans, College Hall 101. Please pay close attention to deadline dates!
If you have specific questions after reading
the information and guidelines, talk with the assistant in your class dean's office,
or make an appointment to speak with your class dean.
HOW DO I....?
ACCELERATE - Accelerated Course Programs-
Please type directly onto the REQUEST FOR ACCELERATIONform. Once the form is completed, print it and obtain all signatures required.
Submit the form to the Class Deans Office.
ADD OR DROP A CLASS - Complete and submit theCourse Change Form to the Class Deans Office.
CHANGE MY ADVISER - Please type directly onto theDROP or CHANGE Major or Minor or CHANGE ADVISER FORM . Once the form is completed, print it and obtain all signatures required. Submit the form to the Class Deans Office before NOON on Friday.
ENTER THE SENIOR YEAR WITH A CREDIT SHORTAGE - Please type directly onto the Petition to enter the senior year with a credit shortage form. Once the form is completed, print it and obtain all signatures required. Submit the form to the Registrar's Office.
