RESERVABLE SPACES & LOUNGES

The Campus Center has many spaces that are available for campus groups and student organizations to reserve via the online calendar at www.smith.edu/calendar. Please note that reservation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to your event and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room 204 has been designated as a "fast track" room. Reservations for the 204 Conference Room will be taken 3 days in advance and only require 30 minutes of set-up/breakdown time.
All rooms in the campus center, with the exception of 204, require 1 hour of set up time and 1 hour of take down time. The Carroll Room requires 2 hours of set up time and 2 hours of take down time. This required time is NOT reflected on the online calendar; please take it into account when making your space reservation request. Please take note: the Campus Center only accepts reservations one semester in advance.
