AGREEMENT
I understand that by submitting this form my organization agrees to the following:

1. The sponsoring organization is responsible for behaviors and actions that occur directly or indirectly from the program/event.

2. The College has a legal responsibility and authority to reasonably ensure safety, limit liability and require sponsoring organizations to work toward these same ends.

3. Any change in conditions described in this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by all parties no later than one week prior to the event.

4. If the College determines that additional facilities and services (e.g. additional security) are needed, the student organization agrees to accept those facilities and services as a condition of approval for the event. Furthermore, the organization agrees to pay the actual cost as determined by the College. The student organization understands and agrees that the provision of such facilities by the College does not diminish the responsibility of the student organization as described in the agreement.

5. The student organization understands and agrees that its acceptance of responsibility includes acceptance of the following sanctions, which may be imposed as described below.

a. Permanent or temporary removal of the group’s recognition with Student Activities.

b. Permanent or temporary removal of recognition rights and privileges including use of College facilities or use of the College name.

c. Financial and civil liability for all claims arising from the event.

6. Responsibility attributed for incidents as described above may subject the individual student organization’s leadership and membership to similar sanctions or other sanctions under the Code of Student Conduct at the College.
