For any event that you are hiring talent, paid or unpaid, you must fill in the table below and submit it to sacr@email.smith.edu. From your request, a contract will be generated and mailed out. When the signed contract comes back, you will be contacted to pick it up from the Campus Center Office, room 106 or the Office of Residence Life in Clark Hall and submit it to the Student Bank for payment.
