Jaime Ginsberg is in her third year as head field hockey coach at Smith College. A 1999 graduate of Slippery Rock University, Ginsberg received her Master of Education degree in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University in 2007.

Ginsberg served as the field hockey coach at Friends Select School in Philadelphia for three years preceding joining the Smith staff. Prior to her position at Friends, Ginsberg coached field hockey, winter track and junior varsity lacrosse for three years at her alma mater George School where she was an outstanding athlete graduating with twelve varsity letters. She founded and served as player/coach for the women's lacrosse club team while at Slippery Rock and was a founding member of the Cosmo Club field hockey team in Philadelphia. Ginsberg has lent her expertise to the United States Field Hockey Association in Philadelphia as the site director and head coach from 2001-04 and has been a head coach at the Nike Field Hockey camps sinces 2004. She received her USA Level II coach certification in 2009.

Ginsberg, a member of the United States Field Hockey Association (USFHA) and National Field Hockey Coaching Association (NFHCA), obtained her USA Field Hockey Level 1 and II Coach Certifications and was selected as the 2008 Smith College Coach of the Year.
