Smith Track & Field Hosts Tartan Invitational

Northampton, MA: Smith College hosted the Tartan Invitational today, featuring 13 women's teams and 11 men's teams. Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) took first place in the men's competition while Amherst College took first on the women's side. On the men's side, Rensselaer (RPI) finished second, followed by Amherst College, Westfield State and Worcester State. For the women, RPI finished second, Smith third, Westfield State fourth and WPI fifth.
