NEWMAC Swimming & Diving Championships

Northampton, MA: The Smith College Swimming & Diving squad participates in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) 2009 Women's Championship this weekend--Friday, Saturday, and Sunday--in Cambridge, MA at MIT.

After the first night of competition, the Pioneers find themselves in ninth place with 43 points leading Mount Holyoke with 35 points. Springfield College is comfortably in first place with 290 points, leading second place MIT by 89 points.
