Youngs, Dzialo and Yen Receive Post-Season Honors

Northampton, MA: Nora Youngs '09 (Penacook, NH) earned New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All Conference Team honors while Youngs, Christine Dzialo '10 (Belchertown, MA) and Emily Yen '09 (Potomac, MD) were named to the 2008 NEWMAC Academic All Conference team.

Youngs, who makes her third consecutive appearance on the cross-country all conference team, earned a spot this year with her fourth place overall finish (18:54.32) in the 2008 NEWMAC Cross-Country Championship.

Youngs as well as Dzialo and Yen were honored with having met the criteria for selection to the Academic All Conference team.  All three had a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher after the 2008 spring semester, had achieved second year academic status and been a member of the cross country team for the entire season.
