Smith Tennis Falls to Brandeis

Northampton, MA: In their first home match of the spring season, the Pioneers fell to Brandeis 8-1. The loss drops Smith's overall record to 4-6 on the season.

The lone match victory for Smith was by the number two doubles pair of Catherine Hill-Lydecker (Conway, NH) and Alanna Dick (Winthrop, ME). They defeated Gabrielle Helfgelt and Mackenzie Gallegas by a score of 8-6.

Smith returns to action March 18th as they travel to Hilton Head, South Carolina to take on Nazareth and Grove City.
