Munsey Places Eighth in Slalom at Regionals

Waterville Valley, NH: Sophomore Kara Munsey (Burnt Hills, NY) finished eighth in the slalom event of the U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snow Board Association's Eastern Regional Championships held at Waterville Valley, New Hampshire.

Munsey put together runs of 52.65 and 50.96 for a combined time of 1:43.61, four seconds out of first place. She will compete in the giant slalom on Sunday.
