NH: The Pioneers were among other Division I, II and III athletes
who placed today in the non-team scoring Dartmouth Invitational.
Senior Katie Walters-Krohn (Minneapolis, MN) had the best finish for Smith taking second in the shotput and recording her best distance of the outdoor season with a throw of 40' 4 3/4". She also finished in 6th place in the hammer with a distance of 138' 5". Junior McKaneSharff (Arlington, MA) finished 5th in the 100m and 7th in the 200m with times of 12.89 and 27.44 respectively. Sophomore Ebonie Tillmon (Chica, IL) took 18th in the 100m (13.64) and 26th in the 200 (29.44). Teammate Celeste Booth (Sante Fe, NM) placed 7th in the 400m (68.29) and 11th in the 400 IH (73.67) while Patti Rebull (Union City, NJ) took 9th in the 100H (17.53), 30th in the 100m and 31st in the 200m. First year Nora Youngs (Penacook, NH) finished 8th among all runners in the 1500m (4:50.43) with teammates Liz Kelly (Storrs, CT) close behind her in 11th place and first year Sari Field (Nutley, NJ) finishing in 25th place.
