MA: The Pioneers dropped their final dual match of the season
last night, 7-2, at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
Kate Whitesell (Easton, MD) and Talia Williams (Montpelier, VT) won the two matches for Smith in the number two and three positions. Beatrice Bircher (Bern, Switzerland) at number one went five games with her opponent before falling 9-6 in the final game.
