Waterville Valley, NH: Smith finished fifth in slalom at the Eastern Collegiate Ski Conference Regional Championships held at Waterville Valley, NH. The Pioneers placed fifth out of 17 teams and .24 seconds behind fourth place Plymouth State University. Lindsey MacNabb (Vernon, BC, CANADA) finished 10th, Mikaela Martineau (Providence, UT) 14th, Kellie Tingle (Thomaston, CT) 19th, and Kara Munsey (Burnt Hills, NY) 20th. Smith races in the giant slalom tomorrow. The top five teams go to Nationals held at Winter Park, Colorado. |
