 Smith Equestrians Compete at Regionals

Northampton, MA:  Five Smith equestrians competed today at Regionals held at the University of Massachusetts with one advancing to Zones on April 7 at Stoneleigh Burnham.

             Alumnae Jessica Willis (Ridgfield, CT) was Champion alumnae over fences and reserve champion alumnae flat which qualifies her for Zone competition next weekend. Sophomore Elizabeth Jacobson (New Fairfield, CT) finished third in novice flat, the largest and most competitive class of the day with classmate Christine Stine (East Dover, VT) finishing fourth and taking 6^th in novice over fences. Martha MaloneyHuss (Wilmington, DE) finished 6^th in the region in advanced walk trot canter while senior Michaela LeBlanc (Cotuit, MA) finished 7^th in open flat.
