                 Crew Takes Second at Seven Sisters

Wellesley, MA:  The annual Seven Sisters Regatta took place today under snowy conditions on the Charles River with Mount Holyoke winning the title by two points over defending champion Smith College. 
     The Pioneers won the varsity 8 race in a time of 14:29.3 and finished first and second in the 2nd varsity 8 race with times of 15:08.3 and 15:51.0.  The novice 8 placed fourth (17:32.4) while the 2nd Novice 8 boats finished third and fifth.  Kristina Latta-Landefeld (Toledo, OH), Leigh Eubank (Concord, NH) and Sophia Savage (Northwood, NH) were named to the All-Regatta team.
