Cario Kickboxing is a fast pasted 50 minute workout that use kickboxing exercises, aerobics and the ply- ball to give you an all round fitness workout working out the entire body. This is a non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Designed as a total body workout, this class will make you sweat! Resistance training, abdominal work and stretching are added to the end of the workout.
