JUMP AND KICK HEAVY BAG KICKBOXING WORKOUT MONDAYS' WITH JUDY

Clear your mind and get a full body fitness workout with Kick Boxing heavy bag advanced class. This class will start with a cardio warm up consisting of the basic offence and defensive kick boxing techniques, jump roping, focus mitts, striking mitts, stability fitness balls, and hand weights. We will then work with partners to apply the techniques to heavy bag training for maximum fitness feedback and conditioning. Get there early as the class fills up and there is a 18 mininum number per class!
