Awesome ABS - Monday's and Wednesday's with Joan

This class is a 30 minute abdominal workout that focuses on your "core" strength. The class is short, yet effective, as it challenges you with many abdominal, low back and gluteal strengthening exercises while promoting balance within your mid structure! A workout for both the beginner and the hard "core" exerciser! All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Come EARLY! The class fills up quickly!
