Spring 2009 Schedule
Try out our new clases!

Classes to begin on February 2, 2009 and End on Thursday April 23, 2009.

The Get Fit Smith (GFS) program is open to the entire Smith Community on a drop in, first-come basis. With fun and relaxation in mind, we offer classes in yoga, pilates, Core Conditioning (awesome abs, butts and guts) strength/conditioning training, personal training (Lift It and Lose IT, Cardio kicking Boxing, and new this smester we are trying out TKD for Fitness and Erging for Fitness.
The majority of the participants are students, whose health and well-being remains our primary objective.


No experience is necessary ~ All classes are first-come, first-serve ~ Yoga Mats can be borrowed at the Equipment Booth in exchange for your ONECARD. (we encourage regular participants to bring their own mats)

Lifting for Life ~ One on One introductory workshop for those wanting to using the weight machines. Sign up at the Olin Center ext. 4791.

Days and Times: Thursdays 1:30 to 3:30pm.

NOTICE: Thursday, March 5th, 4:30pm Yoga is canceled!
