The Get Fit Smith (GFS) program is open to the entire Smith Community on a drop in, first-come basis. With fun and relaxation in mind, we offer classes in yoga, pilates, Core Conditioning (awesome abs, butts and guts) Erging, Zumba, NIA, Kickboxing.
The majority of the participants are students, whose health and well-being remains our primary objective.

No experience is necessary


The Spring schedule will consist of two Sessions with different offerings each session.

S-I: February 1st - March 11th

S-II: March 22nd - April 30th

(we encourage regular participants to purchase their own mats) *Yoga Mat sale: Dates to be Determined.

GFS is brought to you by the Dean's Office and the President, Athletic Association (Student Funds), Athletic Department and Exercise and Sports Studies.
