Q: I’ve lost my membership card. What should I do?
A: Please call the Membership Office at 413.585.2777 or email us (scmamembers@email.smith.edu) and we will be happy to issue you a new card.

Q: How do I upgrade my membership?
A: You can upgrade your membership and take advantage of additional member benefits by sending a payment (made out to Smith College) to:

Please indicate upgrade on your payment. Upgrades to current memberships can only be made within the first 9 months of membership. After 9 months, membership payments are regarded as renewals.

Q: How do I take advantage of my Member Museum Shop discount?
A: All members receive a 10% discount at the Museum Shop with presentation of their current membership card. Members also receive a 20% discount, with membership card, at the annual Members’ Double Discount Days at the Museum Shop in November.

Q: How do I take advantage of my Member discount at Sam’s Café at the Museum?
A: Simply present your membership card at Sam’s Café to receive a 10% discount on all meals.

Q: How do I make a gift to the Museum?
A: Please contact Louise Kohrman, Membership and Gifts Assistant at 413.585.2777.

Q: How do I update my address for Museum mailings?
A: Send an email to scmamembers@smith.edu.

Q: How can I subscribe to the Member Email list?
A: Subscribe or unsubscribe by sending email to scmamembers@smith.edu.

Q: Do you reciprocate with other Museums?
A: Yes, with a contributor level membership or above, you can enjoy free admission to our reciprocal museums permanent collections and discounts in their museum stores. More than thirty museums nationwide participate in this program. Ticketed exhibitions and special events are not included. Click here to learn more.
