Selected items are available through the Museum’s online store.  The Museum Shop carries many more items than are listed on the website.  Phone orders and/or questions about merchandise are gladly received.

Tuesday–Saturday, 10–4, Sunday 12–4; Second Fridays 10–8; Closed Mondays and major holidays

Shipping/Delivery Information

Continental U.S. Shipments:
All orders shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Mail.  Shipping and handling rates are based on merchandise total.  Please allow 7-10 business days for ground delivery.  (You will be contacted by the Museum Shop in the event of a delay.) Valid U.S. address required. No shipments Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

International Shipments:
Most products can be shipped to international addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. Some oversized items may not be able to be shipped to an international address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shipments outside the United States may also be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT, due upon delivery. 

Options for placing an order:

Online Museum Shop:  Select your item(s) and fill your shopping basket.  All online transactions are secure and must be paid for with a credit card.  American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted.

Mail or Fax: You may fax an order at any time. Please print your order and fax to 413.585.2782.  Clearly indicate your name, telephone number and fax number on each page.  If you prefer to mail your order, please print out your completed order form and send it by regular mail to the Museum Shop via the address below.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Information Collected
Smith College collects certain personally identifiable information when you make an online payment. This information may include your name, e-mail address, and phone number. We also keep a record of information on our server logs from your browser. Smith College does not retain or store bank account numbers.

How Information is Used
Smith College uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Smith College normally will not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information, but reserves the right to do so in order to identify a user when we feel this is necessary to enforce compliance with our internal policies, Terms of Use, or to protect our service, site, employees or others.
