sip, snack & get inspired at this special student-driven program! Enjoy a gallery talk on tea objects from the museum’s Collection, a sampling of various teas from across the globe and a traditional tea ceremony performed by the Asian Students Association
This program is a collaboration between ASA and SCMA. Teas provided by Dobra Tea. Includes light refreshments

Pompeii: Life and Death in a Roman Town (2011), BBC production
A film narrated by Mary Beard, Professor of Classics, Cambridge University
We know how the victims of Pompeii and Oplontis died, but this documentary sets out to answer another question—how did they live? Gleaning evidence from the archaeological discoveries at Villa B at Oplontis, Cambridge professor and Pompeii expert Mary Beard provides new insight into the lives of people who lived in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius.
