John Gibson has been teaching drawing and painting in the Art Department at Smith since 1989. He has also taught painting and printmaking at Amherst and Hampshire Colleges as well as the Rhode Island School of Design. John has had many one-man and group shows, most recently in New York, Santa Fe, Boston, and Paris. He lives and works in Northampton.
