Chatter gets a promotion!
In 2009, The Massachusetts Review (www.massreview.org) celebrated its 50th anniversary: five decades of groundbreaking prose, poetry, and art. Multiple Nobels and a plethora of Pulitzers have been published within its pages.
As of 2010,the new editor of MR will be Jim Hicks, a.k.a. Director of Smith College's American Studies Diploma Program. In our fifty-first year of publication, the editors of The Massachusetts Review plan to dramatically increase the amount of fiction, poetry and socially-engaged nonfiction which they publish in translation. So we're calling on the Diploma Program alums to contribute, in whatever way they can. Send us your ideas, your translations, your original work. We need to hear you!
