Yes, at last it's happened. Well, that too -- Obama is President. But what I was really referring to is the "inaugural" issue of chatter (c) -- which at last is online. A journal of writing about the US from outside the US -- chatter (c) aims at providing a counter-discourse to broadcasts of the "Voice of America."
Ten letters, from eight different countries, to "Dear Uncle Sam," all penned by graduates of Smith College's American Studies Diploma Program. Read, enjoy, and then get involved. Let us know what you want in the next issue. We need your voice!
