For several weeks this spring, a tall wooden fence hid construction of a new cellar hole to accommodate Wesley House, which has been relocated to make room for a new campus center.
Text on the sign read:
The site in front of you is the new location for Wesley House. As part of this project, Wesley House will be rotated 180° so that the front door faces the Botanic Gardens. Adding a new internal stair tower will eliminate fire escapes. Many other building upgrades are included in this project. Wesley House is being relocated to make room for the new Campus Center. |
