It starts in March when crews begin trimming hedges and mulching shrubs. Rooms are booked, floors are waxed, food is prepared, tents appear, intricate schedules developed weeks in advance are checked, tables are filled with information, and students round out the permanent staff in all sorts of jobs.

Weeks of effort from hundreds of employees throughout the college create an exciting, rewarding experience for students, alumnae, parents and friends. The Alumnae Association volunteers and staff, Physical Plant, RADS, College Relations, Advancement, and numerous other departments, faculty, campus safety and security, and many students who remain on campus spend long days and nights making memories that alumnae, young and old, will take with them to homes around the world.
