AASC vice president Frances Gallitano Brown '71 called the annual meeting to order as the classes settled on the folded chairs on Burton lawn. Executive director Carrie Cadwell Ed. M. '82 announced attendance records and Rebecca Ruppert '89, Alumnae Fund Committee member, oversaw the awarding of the large yellow bouquets to classes with award winning gifts.

After out-going acting president John Connolly delivered State of the College Address, the alumnae joined the presenters on the podium in a warm tribute to him as he completed his last official act.
